What follows governs the sale of goods by Nortronics NYC. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply in full.
1Orders and acceptance
The binding contract begins at dispatch. The order confirmation on screen simply records that we received your request.
2Prices and errors
Prices are quoted in US dollars and are correct at publication. Manifest errors are discussed with you before any goods are sent.
3Using this site
All site material is protected by copyright. Deep links are fine. Bulk reproduction and automated collection are not permitted.
4Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
5Stock and availability
Stock numbers are real, though the last item can be claimed twice. Our response is a refund and a message, not a replacement of our choosing.
6Governing law
We contract under New York law. Any dispute is for the New York courts. Unenforceable provisions are severed and the rest survives.
